Meet Savannah

A Space Where You Don’t Have To Mask

You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. You don’t need perfectly defined goals, the right words, or a polished version of yourself.

Therapy with Savannah is gentle, creative, and collaborative—a space where you can show up with questions, uncertainty, or simply the feeling that something needs to change.

Get To Know Savannah

Choosing a therapist is about more than credentials or areas of expertise. It’s also about finding someone you feel comfortable talking to.

Take a minute to meet Savannah and hear, in her own words, who she enjoys working with, what therapy with her can feel like, and what she hopes you experience in your time together.

You Might Be A Good Fit If...

You’ve spent a lot of time trying to fit into spaces that don’t always seem built for you.

Maybe you’ve recently discovered you’re neurodivergent—or you’re beginning to wonder if you might be. You may be exhausted from masking, trying to meet expectations that don’t work for you, or feeling misunderstood by people who don’t quite understand your experience.

You may also be navigating chronic illness or pain, endometriosis, Type 1 diabetes, burnout, identity, trauma, grief, or the complicated ways your physical and emotional health can affect one another.

With Savannah, therapy isn’t about changing who you are to fit someone else’s expectations. It’s about understanding yourself more deeply and discovering what actually works for you.

What Therapy With Savannah Is Like

Therapy with Savannah is collaborative, which means you don’t have to arrive knowing exactly what you want to work on or where to begin. Your first sessions are a chance to get to know one another, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and explore together what kind of support might feel right for you.

If you’ve felt misunderstood, judged, or like you’ve had to hide parts of yourself in the past, there’s room to talk about that too. Savannah wants you to be able to share what feels helpful, what doesn’t, and what you need from her as your therapist.

There’s no expectation to have everything figured out in one session. Sometimes therapy is about learning a new skill or finding a different perspective. Other times, it can simply be having the space to slow down, notice what’s happening, and understand yourself a little more deeply.

You Don’t Have To Convince Me That Your Experience Is Valid.

Finding What Works For You

Talking isn’t always the easiest—or only—way to express what you’re experiencing.

Expressive arts therapy can look different from one session to the next. You might draw, make a collage, explore colour or imagery, or use another creative process to give shape to something that feels difficult to put into words. Other times, talking might be exactly what you need.

You don’t need to consider yourself creative or artistic. There’s no expectation to know how to draw or to create something “good.” The value is in the process—creating space for curiosity, connection, and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Savannah can integrate expressive arts with talk therapy, DBT, mindfulness, and body-based practices, allowing therapy to adapt to you, rather than expecting you to adapt to therapy.

Therapy That Meets You Where You Are

Savannah’s lived experience with Type 1 diabetes, endometriosis, and AuDHD has shaped the way she understands therapy and the way she shows up as a therapist.

She knows what it can feel like to live in a body that’s unpredictable, to feel different, to be dismissed, or to navigate systems that don’t always make space for you.

Those experiences don’t define Savannah, but they deeply inform the way she practises. She approaches therapy with curiosity rather than assumptions, creating space to understand your experience as your experience—not something that needs to fit neatly into a particular box.

A Little About Savannah

When Savannah isn’t in the therapy room, you’ll probably find her surrounded by some combination of cats, coffee, music, art supplies, and anime.

She’s an animal lover with two rescue cats, Butterscotch and Geisha, and has a passion for cosplay and anime. Music is another big part of her world—her tastes range from heavy metal and rock to K-pop and Y2K dance music.

Savannah is also an artist who loves painting and drawing. She enjoys taking part in art markets and especially loves the connections and conversations that can happen through sharing her work with others. When she isn’t creating, she loves fantasy books (especially anything involving vampires), video games, manga, crystals, and collecting anime figures.

And when it comes to the little things? Pink is her favourite colour, ramen is her favourite food, and coffee, matcha, or boba are always a good idea.
